Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe ,it appears to be the chronic typhoid fever, the organism being lodged in the gallbladder, or liver, or the intestines. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I.colonoscopy for diagnosis. You may need to have the sensitive drug for a long time. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
