How To Stop Unbearable Itching Due To Chiggers? Chiggerrex And Permethrin Cream Not Working

Hello, my name is dimitri and I got chiggers two weeks ago. The bumps are here but the itching stopped and then all of the sudden they just bursted witha sensation of a unbearable itch to the point where I scratch them to they bleed and chiggerrex and permethrin cream 5% is not working. What should I do?

couple of investigations like KOH wet mount test, CBC which
would give what effective treatment can be planned. Meanwhile,
