How To Subside The Immense Pain On My Right Side?

hi I am 42 and having severe pain on my right side,i ve been to the hospital and they say I hav a sist that starts with a c.i currently hav no insurance and cant afford to go see a gynocologist.i hav also have had surgery on a rupered sist in the past.my question is what can I do to subside this immense pain until I can afford to do something about it?

Intense pain with history of cyst is concerning for complications like ovarian torsion, hemorrhage into the cyst, etc. These conditions require immediate medical attention. So please follow up with the emergency room as soon as possible.
