How To Switch From Cerazette To Yasmin?

What do I need to do to change from Cerazette to Yasmin ? Cerazette causing a lot of bleeding/ spotting between periods as well as weight gain. Been advised to try Yasmin by my doctor, but using second method of contraception for the whole month??? are there any quicker options?
