How To Take Confido And Vigomax Forte To Cure ED And Premature Ejaculation?

Hi, I am suffering from ED and premature ejaculation problem since 8 years ,presently i am 26 yrs old and have been prescribed with 1 tablet of CONFIDO and VIGOMAX FORTE taken twice daily before food. What i do is that i take these medicines way before taking food but 20-30 min before having Tea and Biscuit . Am i taking it wrong and should take right before food or how many minutes before should i take because what i have noticed is that i am breathing heavily after this practice. Please suggest whether i am taking it correctly and if not then time on when to take before food. Presently my BP IS 130/90 and testosterone total test s report is normal.

Hello,

Since you are only 26 years of age your blood pressure is towards the higher side. ED commonly occurs due to poor blood supply in the penis. High blood pressure may trigger disturbance in the blood supply of the penis. Get treated for BP at the earliest. If obese, maintain healthy weight.

You should take the medicines as prescribed after lunch and dinner. The medicines are strong so you may find your head reeling. Take nutritious home made food. Avoid addictions if any & do regular walking. Since you are breathing heavily & have hypertension, get clinically examined by a cardiologist to assess your blood cholesterol & triglyceride levels.
