How To Take Ovacare For Pregnancy?

Hi ! I have been recommended by my doctor to take Ovacare for 3months for pregnancy and have PCOS. How do I take this medicine? Is it once daily at bedtime for three months? I have lost my prescription and am presently in England so cant contact my doctor. What is the exact dosage for this medicine ?

2. Restoring menstrual cycle
3. Reducing oxidative stress

Generally, it is advised that Ovacare needs to be be taken orally twice daily after food - once in the morning and once in the night. Kindly take the medicine for the recommended period and do the necessary follow-up as advised.
