How To Taper Down Prednisolone And Folitrax?
i am taking Prednisolone 16 mg and folitrax 20 mg. weekly for ankylosing spondilysis for last three months. observing increase in weight which is making uncomfortable. How to taper the dose. I want to come back to sulfasalazine which i was taking prior to starting pred. & folitrax.

Taper prednisolone from 16mg to 12mg over 3 days 12mg to 8mg over 5 days and 8mg to 4 mg over a week then continue at 4 or stop
