How To Terminate Pregnancy Safely?
I am 25 year old. I missed the period to be start on 28th April. Test conducted at home on 5th may shows positive pregnancy result. I want to abort as two and half year back I have a baby by cesearian and not prepare for another one. Suggest me medicine and doses with its side effects.

I understand your concern
Abortion is NOT possible at home without doctor's prescription.
It should be done under the advise of the gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
Avoid home use as it cause serious complication.
you need to take Tab Mifepristone 600mg
After 48 hrs take 2 Tab Misoprostol 200mg
and other 2 tabs need to insert inside vagina by gynceologist.
3) You may need double dose sometimes if proper bleeding DOESN'T start within 72 hrs. Soon after taking Tab Misoprostol, abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding start within 7 days and next period may be earlier/delayed.
Abortion process will start with in 30-45 minutes after the use of vaginal pill.
Post abortion USG should be done to confirm the complete process of abortion.
Use safe sex practice (condoms and OCP) in future to prevent the unwanted pregnancy.
