How To Terminate Pregnancy Without Any Side Effects?

Hi I am 18 yrs old and already have 1 yr baby. Now again have got pregnant which I don t want. Please suggest me best option for abortion for 1 month pregnancy. Let me know if there will be any side effect or problem for future pregnancy. Thanks Afiya

Pregnancy of one month duration can be terminated using medical method. There are several methods available of which, mifepristone & misoprostol is commonly used because of good success rate. No method is totally free of side effects.
You should undergo medical abortion under gynecologist supervision as unsupervised medical abortion can be risky and not advisable.
