How To Terminate Pregnancy?

I did a pregnancy test last week it was negative but i did another one friday it was positive, so i ate 2 gynaecosid on saturday mawin and 2 on sunday mawin too......... But yet i havent seen any sign of blood? My question is can i use mifepristone&misoprostal immediately??????
