Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of medical termination of pregnancy are onset of bleeding and passage of tissue bits along with blood clots from vagina.
Absence of these symptoms shows that the termination process has not begun and other intervention is required.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
An ultrasound of uterus is required to confirm the presence of gestational sac and its status.
If gestational sac is detected, suction evacuation may be required to terminate the pregnancy.
Suction evacuation is successful and safe when done early thus consult your gynecologist as early as possible.

Thanks and take care
