Do not worry.

There are two methods of abortion available in the first trimester of pregnancy.
A medication abortion (with pills) involves taking medicines to end a pregnancy.
An surgical abortion (by suction or aspiration) is a procedure that uses medical instruments in the vagina and uterus to remove the pregnancy.

My first humble advice to you is that consult a gynecologist and go for the suitable process according to her advice to terminate the pregnancy.

Take care.
