How To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hi... I have a 8 months old baby who I got through c section and am pregnant again, 6 weeks to be precise. Was thinking of terminating the pregnancy since my scar still hurts at times and am not able to take care of another baby now. Is it safe to use misoprostol?

Understand your concern
Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe and effective for termination of intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of gestation.
But should be used under the advice of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
By procedure, 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by the misoprostol 800 ug vaginally under supervision of gynecologist.
Avoid self medication as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, abdominal cramp and abnormal development of pregnancy i case of failure.
Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm the complete process of abortion.
