HI Im a 25 year old mother of four ive had 2 miscarriages and just had an abortion 3months my period started on 2/16/2011 its 3/28/2011 now an i took a pregnancy test 3 days ago which showed negative then i took one this morning which showed positive i really dont want to be pregnant and im not even really sure i am

Hello dear
Understand your concern
First confirm the pregnancy by bLood HCG or by USG scan. If pregnancy will detect, you can safely abort by using abortion pill under observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy.
Do not try abortion pill at home as it cause serious bleeding and chance of failure that can not be controlled at home.
600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.
Another option for abortion is surgical process like suction evacuation. It is also safe if done by experienced health care provider under aseptic condition
