How To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hello doctor,am a girl of twenty years and I accidentally had sex with my boyfriend two months a ago.we used condoms but I have a doubt if am pregnant.pls help me terminate this as both of us have few more years of education before we can tell our parents and get married.

Dear thanks for the question.

Firstly you should get it confirmed by morning urine sample with urine stick test. So first clear that doubt. If it is positive, I would advise you to visit a gynaecologist and explain him/her your condition. Do not hesitate and do not try anything on your own as it could be dangerous. Since your pregnancy (if any) is less than 63 days, tablets will be enough to terminate your pregnancy. Mefiperistone (oral) and misoprostol (oral or in vagina) are the tablets required. These medicines are not over the counter drugs, so meet a doctor.

Take care next time as abortion affects health by blood loss and your studies too. Apply condom properly or use unwanted 72 or I PILL.
