Hello dear Understand your concern First you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan to abort the unwanted pregnancies. Sandoz regestrone dose not use for terminate the pregnancy as it contain only progestreone. It is used to induce the period, delayed the period. Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe, effective and successful option to terminate the unwanted pregnancy. It should be used under the guidance and supervision of gynecologist. Avoid home use as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding and cramps and high chance of failure of abortion that lead to abnormal development of pregnancy. By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally after the food on first day. After 48 hour, misoprostol 400 ug should be put in the vagina by gynecologist.If needed another 400 ug after 4 hour should be given. Abortion process will start with in 45-60 minutes of taking pill and will complete in 4-6 days. Follow up at 7th day and USG at 14th day should be done to confirm compete process of abortion. So first confirm the pregnancy by home pregnancy kit with fresh urine sample in early morning and if positive then consult the gynecologist to abort the pregnancy.
