How To Test For Internal Damage In Abdomen After Injury?

I wrecked on pavement on my bike a few days ago going 15 to 20 mph. Most of the impact was absorbed into my left iliac crest region. I have deep abrasions that are numb and have stopped bleeding but my main concern is internal damage to the inguinal ligament, abdominal muscles, and organs. I d appreciate your thoughts on soft tissue damage to the lower left anterior part of the abdomen.
