Me and my girlfriend had sex 9 days ago. I didn t cum at all but we are worried about precum. She started showing signs of pms since last week like bloating, acne, vaginal discharge, sadness, depression and more. But her period was supposed to be at oct 15 but she is late for 3 days now. Is she pregnant or is she getting her period soon? I need your answer as soon as possible because we are very worried. Thank you

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Harshita's Response
Hello,
1. According to your question mentioned above only 3 days of delay in period is normal.
2. You can wait for 5 more days before doing a urine pregnancy test as it should be done on the 12th day as the urine HCG is at the peak only after 2 weeks.
3. If the test is negative you can take Registron for two days then stop, she will get her periods.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
