How To Test For Pregnancy?

Hi i took the dettol test last night and this morning it was thick but when i arrived at work took a pregnancy test was negative but i got cramps all over my tummy i aslo got my monthly for the month of September for 1 day and this month only 3 days can you please tell me what is happening

pregnancy is tested by urine hcg levels.you might have hypothyroidisim or any other disease like pcod .test tsh level and consult a gynecologist
