How To Test Side Effects Detection Of Alcohol,and Uncertain Food Consumption?

i am 40 years old man, having backache since past 3/4 years, now a days having business tours, consumption of alcohol and also have smoking habit, now a days not getting hungry , can you suggest me tests for side effects detection of alcohol,and uncertain food consumption due to heavy tour schedules.

Hi,

You can get your blood tested for liver enzymes. These are elevated in people who take a lot of alcohol and indicate liver damage. Liver damage also results in loss of appetite. In addition, you should also do your blood cell counts, as alcohol and unhealthy food habits cause vitamin deficiency and anemia. Do the lipid profile test also as alcohol causes elevation of triglyceride levels. If you wish, you can also get the ultrasonography of your abdomen done for imaging of the liver.
