How To Treat Central Serous Retinopathy?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with CSR 4 weeks ago & at the same time as getting the CSR have got weak to very strong headaches that start like clockwork when I first wake in the morning. MRI scan proved fine. Bloods fine however BP 210/112 & is now 137/90 after visiting GP for BP treatment. However headaches still constant all day long. GP is sending me for cushings & Cons tests. If these tests are fine whats next. Never head a headache in my life Please help thanks Kim

Hello
It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with central serous retinopathy.
It is a self limiting condition and it will resolve by 2-3 months.
It requires evaluation by fundus fluorescein angiography. If it is not resolving it requires treatment by laser photo coagulation.
At the same time the coexisting hypertension needs to be treated with appropriate medications.

Thank you
