How To Treat HIV?

yes thanks ,i have been hiv pos for 25 years ,my viral load is 360 and am undetectable.For the past 3 nights i have been getting night sweats ,last night i whent through 4 t shirts 3 lots of bed linen two wet beds ,ended up on the sofa,It has been quite a few years since i have had night sweats,should I be concrened,Also could it be as a result of me reducing the dose of morphine that I have been useing for a bad back

You had not mentioned about your age and about your treatment history or What are the ART you are on and used already. These information will be of use to answer your questions.
The profuse night sweating has to be attended immediately. It is better to attend a ER and seek the help of a physician. Get examined and rule out the cardiac problems per se or due to drugs. Other illness or withdrawal effect of morphin also have to be either confirmed or ruled out.
So meet your physician immediately.
