How To Treat PDA Using Device?

Hi I am Kaman s tamang from Nepal
My wife 35 yrs old , had a pda 7.5 mm in heart we diagnosis in Sahid ganglal hospital Nepal , before doctor said that close the pda by device, but we are waiting long time doctor does n't care about us, the next doctor said that need to close by surgery, but we want to close by device.
please i want your kind suggestion
