How To Treat POD With Menstrual Irregularity?

Hi, AGE: 28 MARRIED: YES I have been recommended for PCOD ultrasound report says both ovaries show multiple small 4-6 mm predominantly peripherally placed follicles with increased stromal echogenicity likely PCOD. POD is clear My Periods are 14 days late and I have done the pregnancy test which came negative 4 days ago. what should i do please suggest

I think you should start first with dietary restrictions, then start with non-hormonal medicine like m2 tone. If it fails, start hormonal medicine.
