How To Treat PTSD Causing Anxiety And Depression?
Ok I was diagnosed with pstd and I have panic attacks and really bad anxiety can t sleep I m well but in for depression but my psych doctor is giving only visceral and it doesn t help he want listen to me I feel like he not trying to help me what to do
