Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had a puss filled blister by my cuticle I thought that maybe been an ingrown nail or possibly a wood slivers from messing in the garden but after popping and soaking in salt water what return it was a blistering type blood filled pocket and to my surprise after popping it tonight and had like a clotting blood within it but the skin underneath of the blister is very soft and almost feels like it's deatrateing
Dear- thanks for using our service. I read the question with care and will give you my medical advise. The blisters in the cuticle could be secondary to an allergic reaction from something in the garden or just an infection . You should work with glove to avoid this situation. In the meantime, use a triple antibiotic cream alternating with a cortisone cream for one week to see if will help to heal it faster. I hope that my advise has been helpful Dr.Sara
