How To Treat A Blood Clot In Clitoris Caused After Injury?

Daughter was climbing and fell with bar between her legs. Looks like blood collected in the clitoris and a small amount of blood was near the area. Applied ice to area. Anything else I can do? Or should I schedule an appointment with her pediatrician?
