How To Treat A Damaged Bursa In Shoulder Leading To Sharp Twinges?

My MRI came back showing a damaged bursa in my shoulder. However it s been 3 months I have rested taken pain meds and it does not seem any better. I have almost no range of movement. Not sleeping and frequent sharp twinges along my upper arm. Any advice?
