How To Treat A Fever With A Runny Nose?
My daughter is 20 months old. She is teething 2 incisors and a molar at the moment. she is 81cm tall, 11kg, and hasn't had much illness except the common colds and flu and runny tummy. She has a runny nose and a fever. The fever started last night. Can I give her Allergex Elixir and how much? Also can I give her Calpol 5ml or Stilpain for the fever?

Calpol 15 mg/kg body weight 3-4 times daily will reduce temperature.
Steam inhalation along with local instillation of saline nasal drops will help
Cetrizine syrup daily once will relieve cold symptoms.
