How To Treat A Hard Lump On Breast ?

Hi,I am currently breast feeding an 11 month old baby. I also co- sleep with her. Last night my baby accidentally kicked me quite hard in one of my breasts. There is now a lump, that seems quite hard and that I can't 'massage away'. Is this serious?
