I have what I thought was a very nasty spot on my chin which I squeezed and got some but not much puss out of but it s still large and angry looking so I think it may be a boil. I have soaked a cotton wool ball in lemon juice and put a plaster over the area which now itches and I now have little itchy pimples around the area. I have a tube of fucidin cream and wondered if I can use it on the boil and surrounding area? The fucidin cream is just the normal cream- not h . Thank you.
