How To Treat A Large Bruise On Upper Leg Caused Due To Insect Bite?

My four year old little girl got a bite on her upper leg 3 days ago i thought it was a mosquito bite. its monsoon season here in tucson.It has grown big red and hot i iced it the redness goes down the bite has a single hole in the middle and a bruise is developing with some white in the hole. Do i take her in? I have pictures of the bite site Please help

Insect bite can lead to redness, bruising, itching, etc.
Anti-histaminic drug will help to relieve the itching.
The redness and bruising will clear away spontaneously once the inflammation clears away.
I suggest you t consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of anti-histaminic drug.
The treatment will clear away inflammation, itching and redness.
You can even use topical lacto-calamine lotion to relieve the local itching and irritation.
