How To Treat A Large Hard Lump In Uterus Causing Difficulty In Urination?

I have some concerns.... i had a huge cysts(orange size) removed via surgery 2 years ago and since have had a ruff go... at first thought my problems were normal recovery and sensitivity to scar tissue ... over coarse of 2 years i have had a very week bladder and wake up all night to pee when i hold to long it cramps... i have a ton of pressure in low back and on lower left side between hip bone n pelvis bone...i have had extra what i thought were periods and i can bleed for just a few hours or days outside of normal cycle...random cramping in low back n kidney area... i delivered first child in 2001 and he passed 2 hours after they said i had week muscles n thin uterus... was a bed wetter for first 12 years...i delivered 2nd child 3 years ago via csection because the orange size cyst appeared over night she is healthy n happy.... i have experienced pain during sex and with tampon use... today i find myself with random bleeding and cramps in back and pelvis area... i felt around and am panicked because i felt 2-3 inches inside and felt a golfball size hard lump that moves around a bit and hurts with a pressure feeling that makes me feel as if i need to pee or have bowel movement... i called obgyn and they cant get me in till friday but after some research of my own my symptoms read to seek medical attention...i have said to myself i feel this is more bladder related than period cramping... i have put off obgyn because im scared to death of results but today have surrendered in need... should i wait till friday or go to ER.... what can this be i found two results online but want to hear your opinion??????
