How To Treat A Lump On Upper Back Part Of Right Shoulder?

I noticed a lump on the upper back part of my right shoulder, about 3-4 inches away from my neck. I ve monitored it for about the last six months and if there has been any growth it has been very minimal. Recently, I noticed that extreme pressure on the lump causes a sharp pain that may stay for a couple of seconds before fading. Should I be overly concerned about it?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
