Hi & Welcome. Based on the history given you seem to be suffering from lymphadenopathy (inflammation of the lymph nodes). The most common causes of which include infections like tuberculosis, infectious mononucleosis, or certain cancers such as lymphoma. I advise you to consult your doctor for further evaluation to rule out the above conditions. Your doctor might ask certain blood tests such as CBC, ESR, FNAC (find needle aspiration cytology) of the swollen lymph node (lump), Chest X Ray etc to arrive at a diagnosis followed by the treatment accordingly. Hope this will help. Best regards.
