How To Treat A Pea Sized Lump Under The Collar Bone?

I have a pea sized lump under my collar bone and 1 on the back of my hand between my index and middle finger. Im also having nightsweat and fatigue, should i be worried. I have been prescribed iron tablets before and was slightly anaemic, could this be whats wrong again, iron deficiency?

Based on the history given you seem to be suffering from lymphadenopathy (inflammation of the lymph nodes). The most common causes of which include infections like tuberculosis, infectious mononucleosis, or certain cancers such as lymphoma.
I advise you to consult your doctor for further evaluation to rule out the above conditions. Your doctor might ask certain blood tests such as CBC, ESR, FNAC (find needle aspiration cytology) of the swollen lymph node (lump), Chest X Ray etc to arrive at a diagnosis followed by the treatment accordingly.
