Temperature of 102 in heat exhaustion is correct. It can be brought down by sponging ice beg application to head. Sometimes it confirms by bulls eye and rashes. It is not acceepted and lab test detecting bacteria culture is recommended. Second one is more confirmatory. For facialpalsy neurobion tablet, eye drop to avoid exposure keratitis is recommended.
