How To Treat A Red Bump On The Urethra?

A few days ago I noticed a small, flat, skin-like protrusion hidden on the inside of the bottom of my urethra, near the tip. I picked it and it came off without pain (I ve had issues with psoriasis since getting a circumcision 9 years ago) and then it bled for a minute.I wasn t able to see any sign of this again until tonight, it s a small, red bump. Do you have any idea what this might be and if it s treatable?
