How To Treat A Red Burn Mark On Skin Caused After Using Dettol On Injury?

I had a very small cut on my cheek and I applied undiluted dettol this morning. I didn t wash the skin though. Now after 2 hrs or so I noticed it s formed a red circle supposedly a burn. It doesn t hurt but the skin seems little disturbed. How do I get rid of it? What should I now apply? Please help me I m going mad.

Hi,
It seems that this might be chemical burn due to using undiluted Dettol on facial skin.
clean local part with plane cold water.
Apply vaseline or triple action cream for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
