Hello

The inflammation and dry tongue can be due to the infection and can also be due to prolonged use of antibiotics and i would like you to consult your doctor again. dont worry about the lymph odes in the neck as they can be enlarged for 3-4 weeks and will subside slowly. Please gargle with warm salt water and avoid spicy and oily food. you will be fine.
Thanks
