My glasses broke and caused a red inflammation on my nose few months back. The inflammation would disappear on compressing it. It had not been hurting for quite some time. It was just a red spot on the nose. I started applying Polyfax to remove the red spot. The inflammation has now become redder and the nose bump aches.

in my opinion I think you should just take a simple medication like tab chymoral which will help in the reduction of the swelling and also the healing.
