How To Treat A Scar On Face Inspite Of A Revision Surgery?

Hello. I have a scar over the left side of my face in the parotid region. It resulted from an abscess drainage during my early childhood. I underwent the procedure of revision of scar but its been two years since the revision surgery took place. Now scar is still there and uglier than the scar previous to revision surgery. Please guide me with any medications like any antiscarring gel or a cream.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with scar on your parotid region which has gone worse after a revision surgery i am suggesting from my opinion you should see a dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
Meanwhile try a steroid injection at the scar pending your appointment
