How To Treat A Swollen Throat Along With Yellow Flem?
My whole throat has been swollen for two days now. Pain working towards both ears and when swallows. Keep going to sleep threw the day, hot and cold sweats, scratchy sounding voice. When bend over bad pressure in the neck and to the touch. Also coughing up a bright neon yellow flem? What does this sound like to you? Also I'm a 48 yr old female

Lookng to the history it seems that you might be having acute uper respiratory tract infection producing all these symptoms.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like AZithromicin 500 me once in a day for 5 days.
Take some soothing cough syrup for symptomatic relief from irritation and cough.
Do salt water gargles.
Ok and take care.
