How To Treat A Swollen Vein Above The Eyebrow?

my daughter (2 next month) just smacked her head into the corner of a sharp guitar, and she managed to hit exactly on the vein over her left eyebrow, its has swollen up pretty big and is already bruised. should i be worried, as it was right on a vein?

The outside bruising and pain and not that worry some.But if she had consciousness changed or vomiting etc then she should be investigated to make sure no internal injury has occurred.
