How To Treat Abcess Inside The Anus?

Hi.

I have an abscess, inside of muy annus, about one inch or more away from the exit. In the magnetic resonance could be seen about 1/4 of an inch in diameter. I am 70 years old and in very good health. I am vegetarian, and I use to do mountain bike 3 times weekly, till, very sorry, I have to stop it.



The doctor advise me antibiotics in masive doses, and I don´t like that much.



I am looking for a type of treatment that can be used localy. I am thinking about herbs and ointments. Eventualy an ointment with antibiotics, like rosex.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a Perianal abscess and it seems to be caused due to causes like either clogging of glands or infection in the skin around the anus leading to pus formation..
It should be taken into proper care and treatment as if it gets severe it can cause fever as well as painful bowel evacuation..

In case if the infection is not severe then you will have to take a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers along with Omeprazole in morning empty stomach to prevent hyperacidity caused by antibiotics..
You can be advised to clean the abscess with antiseptic solution and apply antibiotic cream over it..
In case if it still does not resolve a small surgical procedure to drain off pus and debridement of the infected and necrotic tissue can be done for faster relief..
Maintain a proper hygiene..
