Hello and welcome to HCM
Abdominal cramps next day after having unprotected sex is suggestive of STI or PID sometimes it may be caused by rough or vigorous sex.
Since you are already taking pills so plan B pill is as such not required
Here, I would like to know which pill are you taking?

Have plenty of fluids and antispasmodic drugs for symptomatic relief
If it worsens than consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Urine culture and an ultrasound
you may require a course of antibiotics depending upon the reports

Maintain good hygiene
Use condom during sex until cramps disappears.
Hope this answers your question
Thanks and regards
