How To Treat Abdominal Pain, Fever And Swollen Feet?

I am having pain in my stomach from yesterday afternoon and not able to eat properly. My feet are swelled and I am having slight fever. I also had a negligible spotting of blood from my private part also I am feeling very cold and little pain in Lowe abdomen. Kindly suggest what can I do.

Hi.

The spotting can be due to a possibly developing or developed abdominal abnormality. The lower abdominal pain and fever point towards an infection, and if at all you have been experiencing any irregularities in your bowel movements like diarrhea or constipation, then please do report to your doctor as you will require a few investigations and also possibly antibiotic coverage.
