How To Treat Abdominal Pain, Weakness And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Hepatomegaly?

Hy! I am susovan. I had abdomen inflammation. so I went to a doctor for treatment. From the report I found that I have bilirubin of 1.25 unit and mild hepatomegaly from usg report.reports of hepatitis B and A are -ve. Also I have GERD problem, so I take one pan-D daily in the morning. I am feeling very much weakness, sometime fatigue and severe pain at the right abdomen. What should I do? I am taking a livrite tab daily, enzox tab twice a day and tricaine syrup twice a day. And let me inform you that I have no addiction.

Hello,

Since you have Hepatomegaly and Hepatitis B, you should be at bed rest. You should take boiled food and stay well hydrated. Avoid trans fat, oily spicy food, animal protein, cheese, etc. You are suggested to take cooked food, veggies & fruits.

Avoid taking raw fruits or raw salads it will trigger acid reflux and discomfort. Take semi solid food like oatmeal, porridge, etc. Take adeqaute sleep. You should be diet conscious for 2-3 months, relapses are common.

Take the medicines prescribed by your treating doctor. Stay away from any type of stress, anxiety or depression.
