How To Treat Accelerated HT 200/80?

Hi Sir,

my mother is suffering from accelerated HT. measured rround 200/80 now came down up to 138/67 by treatment of drug telma h 40+12.5 twice a day (1-0-1) and stamlo 5 once a day (0-0-1)

also she complain about sleep doctor started with trika 05 and now replaced with zolfresh 10

Hi, if the BP is controlled with the medicines you mentioned then you need not worry. Is she developing bouts of such high BP while on these medicines? Then you should see your Physician or Cardiologist to have a re look if the medicines might require to be changed or dose need to be altered. It will need thorough check up before altering medications. So please see your Physician for possible change in treatment.
