there is accumulated dead skin on the bottom of my foot, and it s in the rough shape of a circle. the middle of it is open, and when i tried to dig it out with a needle, the skin that came out was an outline of a circle. it is tough and tender. Hi,

It may be a callosity most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply salicylic acid ointment 6% on the areas affected. Take cap vitamin A and vitamin Efor long time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
