What Causes Swelling,itching Sensation And Pain On The Bottom Of The Foot?
Possible bug bite on bottom of foot for about 3 weeks. Swelled up to almost callus like. Painful and slightly itchy. Dead skin similar to a scab over the top. More swelling underneath. What could it be? Not getting any better. Currently treating with antibiotic ointment. Felt better for a few days, but small swelling again around the dead skin or scab.

You are having an insect bite history and so allergic inflammation along with infection could be there.
You can apply topical antibiotic cream over that.
Oral anti-inflammatory medication like antihistaminic drug levocetirizine can be prescribed. If inflammation more then oral steroid in low dose can be prescribed.
